Welcome to Learning Loop Pte. Ltd. ("we," "our," "us"). By using our online product, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

Purpose: Learning Loop is a collaborative learning software for elite knowledge workers. It helps them make their best decisions 2x faster via personalized mental models, content and relationships.
Age Restrictions: Users must 18 years old or older.
Account Creation: Users need to create an account to use our product. Required information includes email, full name, company website and description, information about their business, their picture, and their social network profiles such as LinkedIn or Twitter.
Single User Account: Each account is meant to be used by one founder and accounts should not be shared.
Behavior: Users are expected to be responsive towards other members and the platform. Prolonged inactivity may lead to account termination.
Prohibited Activities: No racist, violent, illegal, political, or hate speech is allowed. Disrespect towards members is prohibited.
Restrictions: There are no specific usage limits or restrictions. However, accounts should not be shared.
Paid Services: We offer monthly and annual subscriptions with options to add on. Prices may change from time to time.
Refunds and Cancellations: Users can cancel their membership anytime but will not receive a refund.
Content Ownership: Users own the content they create or upload.
License to Use Content: By posting content on Learning Loop, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the content provided through our service, without any further consent, notice, or compensation to the user or others.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Learning Loop Pte. Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content, or materials included on the service.
Limitation of Liability: Learning Loop Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Circumstances for Termination: Accounts can be terminated if users fake their identity, partake in prohibited activities on the platform, violate laws, insult other members, or stop building a tech company.
Data and Content upon Termination: Data and content remain on the platform for other members to access unless the user requests full deletion.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration will be conducted in Singapore, and the language of the arbitration will be English.
Notification of Changes: Users will be notified of changes to the TOS via email.
Notice Period: Changes to the TOS will take effect one month after notification.
